Sigvaris Compression Wraps
Sigvaris inelastic compression wraps cover your limbs tightly with a high range of adjustability, creating an accurate custom fit. All wraps are suitable for both males and females and come complete with a 2 x liner pack.
Two types of calf wraps are offered, Sigvaris 'Compreflex' and 'Coolflex'. Whilst they both offer 20-50mmHg compression and are generally easier to apply than compression stockings for a person with a limited range of motion, there are differences between the two. To help you find the wrap which suits you best, here are some of the main differences.
Sigvaris 'Compreflex' Wrap: Whilst the wrap itself offers 20-50mmHg compression, the liners come with a choice of different levels of compression. You can have the 'Standard' liner with no compression. This liner is mainly worn for added comfort when wearing the wrap and also to maintain cleanliness of the wrap from the natural oils and dirt from our legs. The 'Transition' liner offers 10-15mmHg compression in the foot and ankle area only. This can be used for people wanting light compression in these additional areas. The third type of liner is the 'Complete'. This also comes with 10-15mmHg although covers the foot, ankle and calf areas. Ideal for someone who wants to remove their wrap (maybe for washing), yet still wants to receive some level of compression until the wrap is reapplied. The 'Compreflex' wrap can fit either leg with a choice of colours black, or beige. Wraps comes with a 12 month warranty.
Sigvaris 'Coolflex' Wrap: Like the Compreflex it offers 20-50mmHg, depending on the level of compression you require. This wrap is a newer, lighter wrap and is offered with only one type of liner, standard (non-compression). Because of the 'Coolflex' design please specify which leg the wrap is for when making your order. Lightweight and easy to don. This wrap comes in colour black and is offered with a long lasting 12 month warranty.
We hope this information helps you to choose the correct compression wrap for your needs. Please check out each individual product page for a more detailed description of both the 'Compreflex' and 'Coolflex' wraps
